DIRECTIONS TO THE NSMA/UPDATE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The building is located on the west side of SE 102nd, between SE Stark and E Burnside.   It is a one-story brick, colonial building with white shutters.  The sign in front of the office says “Update Management, Association Offices.”  The parking lot is at the back of the building.

From I-205 South (headed north)

Take the SE Washington Street exit (Mall 205.)  Turn right on SE WASHINGTON, which is a one-way, headed east.  Turn left on SE 103rd Avenue, which is one-way, headed north.  SE 103rd Avenue curves and becomes SE 102nd Avenue.  The office is located on the left (west) side of SE 102nd, between SE Stark and E Burnside.  Turn in the driveway between the office and Prudential Rod Girtman Realtors

From I-205 North (headed south)

Take the Glisan Street/Stark Street exit.  Turn left (east) on NE Glisan.  Turn right on NE 102 Ave.  After crossing E Burnside, turn right into the driveway between the office and Prudential Rod Girtman Realtors. 

From the Banfield Freeway (I-84)

After taking the I-205 exit, follow the instruction above from I-205 North (headed south).
